I'm use to work as a IT support in one international company. There is this day a user called...
User: "Hey, my laptop is not charging. I have plug in the power, but it is never charging. Can come and take a look?"
Me: "Ok."
When I go over, the cable is plug in ok, but the switch on the wall is switch off...
